San Joaquin RTD is proud to participate in the 6th Annual White Cane Awareness Walk & Celebration hosted by the San Joaquin County Chapter of the National Federation of the Blind on Saturday, October 12, 2024, at 12:00 PM. We will be exhibiting at the event, which takes place at the northwest corner of Pacific Ave. and Yokuts Ave., in front of San Joaquin Delta College.

In honor of Blind Equality Achievement Month and White Cane Awareness Day, the event features an info table with materials on blindness awareness, a White Cane Awareness Day ceremony, and a walk to Mountain Mike’s Pizza to support the NFB fundraiser. Join us to support this important cause!
