To report, inquire, or claim lost and found items:

Provide the following information:

  • Date, route, and time of incident
  • Description of the lost item

Verification and identification are required to claim a recovered item.

Claims must be filed either in person or mailed to San Joaquin RTD Risk Management.
Before your claim can be processed, you or your representative must complete and submit a San Joaquin RTD Claim Form to Risk Management.
