RTD will be participating in the Uplift All Foundation Community Resource Fair and Free Tattoo Removal Event on June 17, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at St. John the Evangelist Church in downtown Stockton.

This community-focused event will connect residents with local resources and support services while offering free tattoo removal for visible face, hand, and neck tattoos on a first-come, first-served basis. Attendees can also enjoy free BBQ, raffles, free haircuts, and information from a variety of community organizations.
