Meet Kenny
Kenny has been proudly serving RTD riders since June 1995, bringing nearly 30 years of safe, reliable driving to our community. In 2025, he received his 9th diamond for his 15th Year Safety Ring Award in recognition of achieving more than two decades of accident-free service — a true reflection of his skill and commitment.
Over the years, Kenny has earned four Employee of the Month awards and has been named Employee of the Year twice. As an RTD Mentor, he plays a key role in supporting and training new operators, sharing the knowledge and experience that have made him a standout in the field.
Kenny shares, “It’s a wonderful career! RTD is a great place to work! I’ve been here for 30 years, and I love all my coworkers and the community I serve. I look forward to seeing you out there!”
Public service runs in the family. Two of Kenny’s sons also work at RTD, continuing the tradition of dedication and care. We’re proud to have Kenny on the team and grateful for the passion he brings to the job every day.

On-Site Gyms
RTD provides two on-site company gyms, fully equipped with cardio machines, weights, and stretching areas, at no extra cost. Operators can stay active and energized before or after their shifts.
Quiet Rooms
RTD’s Operator Quiet Room offers a calm space to relax before or after your shift. The room features comfortable reclining chairs designed to help our Operators rest and recharge their minds.
Staff Events
