RTD Citizens Advisory Committee

Help shape the future of public transit

San Joaquin Regional Transit District (RTD) Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC) is a volunteer advisory group that provides feedback and recommendations to RTD leadership and the Board of Directors. Members represent the perspectives of RTD riders and community stakeholders with an interest in helping to improve transit service, accessibility, and customer experience. Please review the CAC bylaws. RTD seeks applicants who reflect the diversity of San Joaquin County, including but not limited to regular RTD riders, paratransit users, students, seniors, commuters, small business representatives, and individuals with disabilities.

Regular meetings will be held at the Downtown Transit Center Boardroom located at 421 East Weber Avenue, Stockton, CA 95202.

To be eligible, applicants must reside in San Joaquin County and be regular RTD riders (e.g. use RTD services 5 or more days in a month).
RTD values diverse representation on the CAC. Completing this section is voluntary.
