Transit District (RTD) operates its programs without

of the Civil Rights Act, California Civil Code section 51(b), or other

Filing a Title VI Complaint

Persons who believe they have been aggrieved by an unlawful discriminatory practice under Title VI may file a complaint with San Joaquin RTD. For information on filing a complaint, contact San Joaquin RTD’s Administrative Office. Complaints must be in writing and must be filed within 180 days following the date of the alleged discriminatory occurrence. Complaint may be made using this Customer Comment Form. If the complainant is unable to write a complaint RTD staff will provide assistance.

San Joaquin RTD ADA Policy Statement

In compliance with the U.S. Department of Transportation Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990 (49 CFR Parts 27, 37, 38 and 39), and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, San Joaquin Regional Transit District (RTD) ensures its services, vehicles, and facilities are accessible to and usable by individuals with disabilities. Anyone who believes he or she has been discriminated against on the basis of disability may file an ADA complaint.
