Payment Methods
RTD's online bus pass purchasing is integrated with PayPal, and all purchase made must be made through PayPal. Additionally, purchasers must have a PayPal account in order to complete an online purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot process other forms of payment online, nor can we accept checks, cash, or money orders mailed to us as payment for an online purchase. Additionally, purchasers must have a PayPal account in order to complete an online purchase.
Processing Time
Orders placed for bus passes on RTD's website are normally processed, and shipped within 7-10 business days
Shipping
There is a 50¢ processing & shipping fee for each bus pass purchase. Please contact us when ordering more than five (5) bus passes. RTD will only refund unused, returned passes. Lost or stolen passes will not be replaced.
